The SCADAPack32 (SP32) is the most powerful member of the SCADAPack family. The SP32 is endowed with a powerful processor HITACHI SH-3 120MHz 32-bit clock. An Ethernet port, four serial ports, 8 MB SDRAM, 4 MB Flash, 1 MB CMOS RAM and 40 to 60 points of I / O in a compact and expandable. The SP32 is ideal for applications requiring arithmetic intensive sampling times fast, large memory capacity and networking. Typical applications include control systems, compressors, water treatment plants, flow computers, power distribution, and any other application that requires high processing power, communications and short sampling times.
The SP32 shares the same chassis, development tools, I / O base and expansion modules with other SP family members. All serial ports are multifunctional and can be used as Modbus masters or slaves, each with its own network address. The SP32 is very well suited for demanding applications such as data concentration and management of network traffic. The serial ports also support other protocols such as DNP 3.0, DF1, PPP.
