Substation Control System for S/E La Pastora

Service Description: ENELBAR

This is a Substation Control System for S/E La Pastora of ENELBAR. The control system consists of more of 30 field devices that are links to an RTU GE D25. It collects most of all the data of the Substation. It includes 27 serial links of fiber optic (multimode) and an Ethernet network also with fiber optic (multimode).

The RTU GE D25 has the capacity to connect through one serial or network port with the master station located at Barquisimeto. Also a GE PowerLink system that complies with IHM functions with capacity of supervision and control is connected to the substation LAN, acting locally.

The Project includes the supply of the hardware of the Ethernet network on fiber optic and the wiring of copper in the substation, the 27 serial links made using fiber optic stars, the supply and configuration of the IHM GE PowerLink, and the configuration of the RTU GE D25. Also includes the programming of the data base of the substation and all programs necessary for data report to master station.
